The Schroth Method is best known as a conservative exercise which uses a three dimensional approach to correct spinal misalignments, or subluxations, such as scoliosis, by elongating the trunk. The goal of this specific method of treatment is to naturally develop the inner muscles of the rib cage in order to alter the shape of the upper trunk and to correct spinal imbalances.
