TrueVigor®: Virtual Healthcare in El Paso, Built to Fit Your Life

TrueVigor is a virtual healthcare platform founded by Dr. Alexander Jimenez, DC, APRN, FNP-BC, a longtime El Paso chiropractor and board-certified family nurse practitioner. Dr. Jimenez trained in both chiropractic and advanced nursing practice, so he treats the whole person: structure, function, and overall health. TrueVigor brings that integrated longevity approach to patients in El Paso, across Texas, and nationwide.

Dedicated Primary Care, Local Roots, Nationwide Reach

Each TrueVigor member gets a dedicated primary care provider who manages their health over time. Your provider coordinates prescriptions, orders labs, and supports your overall wellness in one place. Prescriptions go straight to your preferred pharmacy, whether that’s a pharmacy in El Paso or anywhere else in the country.

24/7 Urgent Care and Specialty Access

Health concerns don’t keep business hours, and neither does TrueVigor. Members get round-the-clock access to:

Integrative Care from an MD/DC/APRN/FNP Perspective

Dr. Jimenez’s dual background shapes TrueVigor’s approach to care. His chiropractic training focuses on musculoskeletal health, injury recovery, and mobility. As a nurse practitioner, he can diagnose conditions, order labs, and prescribe medications. Together, these skills give El Paso families care that covers both conventional medicine and functional wellness.

Mental Health and Prescription Savings

TrueVigor includes counseling and crisis management, with psychology and psychiatry visits starting at $150 per visit. The Prescription Discount Program offers more than 1,000 medications free at participating local pharmacies.
