Integrative Care from an MD/DC/APRN/FNP Perspective

Dr. Jimenez’s dual background shapes TrueVigor’s approach to care. His chiropractic training focuses on musculoskeletal health, injury recovery, and mobility. As a nurse practitioner, he can diagnose conditions, order labs, and prescribe medications. Together, these skills give El Paso families care that covers both conventional medicine and functional wellness.

Mental Health and Prescription Savings

TrueVigor includes counseling and crisis management, with psychology and psychiatry visits starting at $150 per visit. The Prescription Discount Program offers more than 1,000 medications free at participating local pharmacies.
